Rent on each tenant's terms

Every tenant can pay differently: a fixed amount monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly, in advance or in arrears, with their own due day — or a percentage of the sales they report. Utilities can be fixed, metered or included. Maawa FM tracks what is paid, covered, due and late for each tenant; it does not process card payments.

Portals

• Tenants — report an issue, see their own rent, charges and contract, keep contact details current; protected by a PIN for their unit.
• Guests — report a problem at the exact spot, in Arabic or English, with no login.
• Staff — personal codes the manager can revoke; log and resolve operational work with photos and notes.

What is Maawa FM?

Property-operations software for malls, office buildings, business parks and campuses, residential compounds and hotels. Every shop, suite or room gets a permanent QR code; tenants, guests and staff scan it to report issues or reach you, and you run requests, tenants and rent from one live map and dashboard.

Do tenants or visitors need to download an app?

No. Scanning opens a web portal in the phone's browser. Guests need no login, tenants use a PIN for their own unit, and staff use personal codes you can revoke.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Every screen and portal works in Arabic and English with a true right-to-left layout, and each person picks their own language.

Can rent be a percentage of sales?

Yes. Each tenant's rent is either a fixed amount — monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly, in advance or in arrears, with its own due day — or a percentage of the sales they report. Utilities can be fixed, metered or included.

Does Maawa FM take payments online?

No. It tracks what every tenant owes and has paid — on time, late or still due — and your team records each payment. There is no card processing inside the app.

What size of property is it for?

A single building, a multi-building campus or a whole portfolio. You choose the structure, the request types and the words your team uses, and turn on the modules that fit how you work.

How long does setup take?

A building can be ready in an afternoon: upload the floor plans, place the units, print the QR stickers from the dashboard and stick them up. The first scan pins each code to its unit.
