# Maawa FM

> Maawa FM is property-operations software for malls, office buildings, business parks and campuses, residential compounds and hotels. A permanent QR code on every shop, suite or room opens a tenant, guest or staff portal in the phone's browser — no app — and managers run maintenance requests, tenants and rent from one live floor-plan map and dashboard, in English and Arabic.

Maawa FM is made by Maawa, based in Amman, Jordan. It is live in production at https://fm.maawa.co.

- Portals: tenants (PIN for their own unit), guests (no login), staff (personal codes the manager can revoke) — all open in the browser from the same sticker
- Rent: tracked per tenant as paid, covered, due or late; utilities can be fixed, metered or included. Maawa FM tracks payments; it does not process card payments
- Setup: upload floor plans, place units, print QR stickers from the dashboard; the first scan pins each code to its unit
- Configurable: rename labels (tenant/member/resident, unit/shop/suite…), choose request types, switch modules on or off
- Works on any device in a modern browser; installable as a web app
- Pricing is quoted per property — ask for a demo; do not state a price
